Chocolate Pistachio Walnut Almond Cake

Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

3. Stir in the pistachios, walnuts, and almonds.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and eggs.

5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

8. Let cool for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
