Chocolate Protein Oat Muffins

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup stevia
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 1/2 cup unflavored whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons almond oil
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 cup almond milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine stevia, xylitol, whey protein powders, cocoa powder, almond oil, oat bran, and tapioca flour.

3. Slowly add almond milk and mix until all ingredients are well combined.

4. Grease a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

5. Divide batter evenly among the muffin cups.

6. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

7. Allow muffins to cool before serving. Enjoy!
