Chocolate Red Cabbage Cake
Ingredients:
-1/2 head of red cabbage, finely chopped
-1/2 cup butter, melted
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-1 cup sugar
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
3. Add the chopped red cabbage and stir until evenly distributed.
4. Add the flour and stir until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
