Make Chocolate-Stuffed Steak

Chocolate-Stuffed Steak

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs. of red meat (beef, lamb, or pork)
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 ounces of dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Cut the red meat into 4 equal-sized steaks.

3. Place the steaks on a cutting board and season with salt and pepper.

4. Cut the bread into small cubes and mix with the dark chocolate.

5. Place the bread and chocolate mixture in the center of each steak.

6. Fold the steak around the filling and secure with a toothpick.

7. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

8. Place the steaks in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

9. Transfer the steaks to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

10. Serve the steaks hot with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
