Chocolate Toast with Jam
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of toast bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Jam of your choice
- 1 biscuit
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spread the butter on both slices of toast bread and place them on a baking sheet.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, and milk until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture over the toast bread and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Remove the toast from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
6. Spread jam over the toast and top with a crushed biscuit.
7. Enjoy!
