Make Chocolate Vanilla Butter Cake
Recipe Name: Chocolate Vanilla Butter Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- Flour
- Milk
- Chocolate
- Vanilla
- 220g Butter
- Sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan with butter and flour.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Gradually add in the flour, alternating with the milk, until a smooth batter forms.
5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
6. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave, then fold it into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
10. Serve the chocolate vanilla butter cake on its own or with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
