Chocolate Walnut Nutella Cake

Ingredients:

-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
-1/2 cup Nutella
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, walnuts, Nutella, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

7. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy!
