Make Cilantro-Lime Baked Salmon
Cilantro-Lime Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, flour, sugar, pepper, and salt.
3. Place the salmon fillets in a greased baking dish.
4. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets.
5. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the salmon fillets.
6. Top with the diced tomato and chopped cilantro.
7. Squeeze the juice of the lime over the salmon.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
9. Serve with a side of bread. Enjoy!
