Oatmeal Peanut Butter Walnut Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 cup rolled oats
-2 tablespoons peanut butter
-2 tablespoons maple syrup
-1/4 cup chopped walnuts
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

2. Once boiling, add the oats and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, maple syrup, walnuts, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

4. Divide the oatmeal into two bowls and enjoy!
