Cinnamon-Crusted Freshwater Fish
Ingredients:
-2 lbs Freshwater Fish
-1/4 cup Sugar
-2 tsp Cinnamon
-1/2 tsp Citric Acid
-1/2 tsp Coriander
-1/2 cup Water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, citric acid, and coriander.
3. Rinse the fish and pat dry.
4. Dip the fish into the water and then into the sugar mixture, coating it completely.
5. Place the fish onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
