Cinnamon-Glazed Pork with Apples
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 apples, cored and sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork tenderloin and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
3. Transfer pork to a baking dish and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
5. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Pour the apple mixture over the pork in the baking dish.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
8. Serve warm with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
