Apple Cinnamon Crisp
Ingredients:
- 4 large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the apples, brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
3. Pour the melted butter over the mixture and stir to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
6. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, if desired. Enjoy!
