Recipe Name: Cinnamon Sugar Olive Oil Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the raw cane sugar and eggs together until well combined.
3. Add the brown sugar, olive oil, and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Serve the cinnamon sugar olive oil cake as is or with a dusting of powdered sugar on top. Enjoy!
