Make Clam and Tomato Chicken
Clam and Tomato Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (6.5 ounces each) chopped clams, drained
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
3. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add clams and tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
5. Add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour clam and tomato mixture over the chicken.
7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
8. Serve and enjoy!
