Recipe Name: Classic Beef Burger

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, ketchup, mustard

Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine the seasonings with the beef.
3. Divide the seasoned beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
4. Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired level of doneness is reached.
5. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
6. Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
7. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun and adding your choice of toppings.
8. Serve the classic beef burgers hot and enjoy!
