Make Classic Beef Burger

Recipe Name: Classic Beef Burger

Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 4 burger buns
- 2 large potatoes
- Lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips to make French fries. Rinse them in cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 180°C (350°F) and fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and sprinkle with salt.
3. In a mixing bowl, season the beef mince with salt and pepper. Divide the mince into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
4. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
5. Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster.
6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a burger patty. Top with more lettuce and the top half of the bun.
7. Serve the burgers with a side of crispy French fries. Enjoy your classic beef burger!
