Make Classic Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour until well combined to make a roux.
4. Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
5. Add the salt, pepper, mustard powder, and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
6. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
7. Pour the mac and cheese into the prepared baking dish.
8. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
