Make Classic Mac and Cheese

Recipe Name: Classic Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until smooth and bubbly.
4. Gradually whisk in the milk and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and bubbles.
5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese and the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
6. Season the cheese sauce with salt, pepper, and paprika.
7. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix until well coated.
8. Pour the mac and cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish.
9. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
11. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your classic mac and cheese!
