Make Classic Onion Omelette
Recipe Name: Classic Onion Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly with a fork.
2. Add the salt to the beaten eggs and mix well.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.
4. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
5. Pour the beaten eggs over the onions in the skillet.
6. Cook the omelette for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
7. Carefully lift the edges of the omelette and tilt the skillet to let the uncooked eggs flow to the edges.
8. Once the omelette is mostly set, fold it in half with a spatula.
9. Cook for another minute or so until the eggs are fully cooked.
10. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot. Enjoy your classic onion omelette!
