Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Whisk the eggs until well combined and frothy.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
4. Once the butter has melted and is bubbling, pour in the whisked eggs.
5. Let the eggs sit for a few seconds until the edges start to set.
6. Using a spatula, gently push the eggs from the edges towards the center, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges.
7. Continue to gently stir and fold the eggs until they are just cooked through but still soft and slightly runny.
8. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the eggs rest for a minute to finish cooking.
9. Serve the scrambled eggs hot with toast or your favorite sides.
