Make Classic Scrambled Eggs

Recipe Name: Classic Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh herbs (such as chives or parsley) for garnish

Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt and coat the pan.
3. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and let them sit for a few seconds until they start to set around the edges.
4. Using a spatula, gently push the eggs from the edges towards the center, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges.
5. Continue to gently stir and fold the eggs until they are mostly set but still slightly runny.
6. Remove the skillet from the heat as the eggs will continue to cook from the residual heat.
7. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed and garnish with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
8. Serve the classic scrambled eggs hot with toast or your favorite sides. Enjoy!
