Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Whisk the eggs until well combined and frothy.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
4. Once the butter has melted, pour in the egg mixture.
5. Let the eggs sit for a few seconds until the edges start to set.
6. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs from the edges towards the center.
7. Continue to stir and fold the eggs until they are cooked to your desired consistency.
8. Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate.
