Make Classic Steak with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables

Recipe Name: Classic Steak with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
- Butter

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the diced potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
3. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let them rest.
5. In the same skillet, add a knob of butter and sauté the carrots and peas until they are tender.
6. Serve the steaks with the roasted potatoes and sautéed vegetables on the side. Enjoy your classic steak dinner!
