Make Classic Tomato and Onion Omelette

Recipe Name: Classic Tomato and Onion Omelette

Ingredients:
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
4. Add the diced tomato to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomato softens slightly.
5. Pour the beaten eggs over the onion, garlic, and tomato mixture in the skillet.
6. Allow the eggs to cook undisturbed for a minute or two until the edges start to set.
7. Using a spatula, gently lift the edges of the omelette and tilt the skillet to let the uncooked eggs flow to the edges.
8. Once the omelette is mostly set but still slightly runny on top, fold it in half using the spatula.
9. Cook for another minute or until the eggs are fully cooked to your liking.
10. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
11. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot. Enjoy!
