Recipe Name: Classic Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cake flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup milk

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, sift together the cake flour and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth.
4. Gradually add the sugar to the butter and beat until light and fluffy.
5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
6. Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the flour.
7. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
11. Once cooled, frost or decorate the cake as desired. Enjoy your classic vanilla cake!
