Matcha Coconut Almond Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, shredded coconut, coconut oil, honey, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
3. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly. Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
