Coconut Curry Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 2 woman's feet, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and curry powder and cook for an additional minute.
4. Pour in the coconut milk and tomato sauce and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add the chopped woman's feet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Serve over cooked white rice. Enjoy!
