Coconut Lime Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
1. Cook the white rice according to package instructions.
2. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced avocado, diced red pepper, coconut cream, and lime juice.
3. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
