Recipe Name: Coconut Marrow Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 marrow, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 carrots, grated

Instructions:
1. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook them in the skillet until fully cooked. Set aside to cool.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining coconut oil and sauté the sliced marrow until tender. Remove from heat and let it cool.
4. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and chop them into small pieces.
5. Shred the cooked chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
6. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce leaves, grated carrots, cooked marrow, chopped eggs, and shredded chicken.
7. Toss everything together until well mixed.
