Coconut Millet Porridge

Ingredients:

-1 cup millets
-2 cups coconut milk
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
-1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
-1/4 cup honey
-1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes

Instructions:

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the millets, coconut milk, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom.

2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the millets are tender.

4. Stir in the honey and toasted coconut flakes.

5. Serve the porridge warm. Enjoy!
