Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and shredded coconut.
3. Slowly add the yeast mixture and warm milk to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
8. Let the dough rise again for about 30-45 minutes.
9. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing and serving.
