Recipe Name: Coffee Flan

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons coffee

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until it is warm but not boiling.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
4. Gradually add the warm milk to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
5. Stir in the flour and coffee until smooth.
6. Pour the mixture into a caramelized flan mold.
7. Place the flan mold in a larger baking dish and fill the dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the flan mold.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the flan is set.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
10. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan mold and invert onto a serving plate.
