Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and eggs. Whisk them together until well combined and the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
3. In a separate small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in 1 tablespoon of hot water. Stir until the coffee granules are completely dissolved.
