Coffee Rice with Parmesan and Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups freshly brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, coffee, and ketchup. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Pour the rice mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.
5. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
6. Serve the rice with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
