Cola Marinated Steak with Creamy Potato Salad
Ingredients:
-1 lb raw steak
-1 cup cola
-2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
-1/2 cup cream fresh
-1/4 cup diced bell peppers
-1/4 cup diced red onion
-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1 tablespoon white vinegar
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cola and steak. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2. Meanwhile, in a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cream fresh, bell peppers, red onion, parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
5. To serve, divide the potatoes among plates and top with the steak. Drizzle with the creamy dressing and serve. Enjoy!
