Make Coriander Fried Rice

Coriander Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.

3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

4. Add the chopped coriander and season with salt and pepper.

5. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
