Corn Meal Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the corn meal, wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
4. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the skillet and cook until golden brown.
6. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side.
7. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
