Recipe Name: Costa Rican Black Bean and Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 tablespoons of light-tasting vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of cooked black beans
- 2 tablespoons of Salsa Lizano
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped red bell pepper, yellow onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the cooked black beans to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
5. Pour in the Salsa Lizano and stir well to coat the beans and vegetables.
6. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
7. To serve, spoon the cooked rice into bowls and top with the black bean and vegetable mixture.
8. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
