Costillar de Cerdo a la Parrilla
Ingredients:
- 2-3 lbs. of pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of onion powder
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of cumin
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture onto the pork ribs.
4. Place the ribs onto the preheated grill and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
5. Once the ribs are cooked through, remove from the grill and serve. Enjoy!
