Smoked Salmon Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente.

2. Drain the pasta and set aside.

3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Add the smoked salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the cream and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve with fresh parsley and enjoy!
