Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Cracker Bites

Ingredients:

-1 package of brown rice crackers
-4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
-4 ounces of smoked salmon, diced

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Spread cream cheese on each cracker.

3. Top each cracker with a small amount of smoked salmon.

4. Place crackers on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crackers are lightly browned.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
