Ingredients:
- 8 oz finger noodles
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 4 strips of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup creme fraiche

Instructions:
1. Cook the finger noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
3. Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet with the bacon grease and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.

5. Stir in the shredded cheese and creme fraiche, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
