Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
4. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir until everything is evenly coated.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
