Creamy Broccoli and Mushroom Ham Bake
Ingredients:
-1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
-3 tablespoons of butter
-1/2 cup of heavy cream
-1 cup of sliced mushrooms
-1 cup of diced ham
-1/2 cup of diced carrots
-1/2 cup of spinach
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
3. Add the broccoli florets, mushrooms, ham, carrots, and spinach. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour the heavy cream over the vegetables and stir to combine.
5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
