Make Creamy Broccoli and Salami Pasta
Recipe: Creamy Broccoli and Salami Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 100g salami, sliced
- 250g pasta
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
3. Add the diced tomato and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. Add the chopped broccoli to the skillet and cook until tender.
6. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt.
7. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
8. Add the cooked rice and pasta to the skillet and mix everything together.
9. Stir in the whipped cream and sliced salami. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
10. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
