Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of dry pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes.

3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

4. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

6. Serve the creamy chicken and broccoli pasta warm. Enjoy!
