Creamy Chicken and Cabbage Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cabbage, mushrooms, and carrot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add the heavy cream and spices and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
