Creamy Chicken and Cauliflower Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 2 cups cooked, diced cauliflower
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cooked, diced potatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cauliflower, cream, eggs, potatoes, and onion. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
