Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and cut into bite-sized pieces.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
