Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups of cubed potatoes
- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic, cumin, cinnamon, and black pepper and cook for another minute.
4. Add the mushrooms and potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
6. Pour in the cream and stir to combine.
7. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve and enjoy!
